Shipping policy

We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, and other meaningful events. Our team works diligently to ensure that every order is prepared and shipped on time.

While we make every effort to deliver packages by the requested delivery date, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Airline or transportation delays

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Accidents or service interruptions within the shipping company

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural events, or shipping carrier disruptions. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for delays resulting from circumstances outside of our control.

We strongly recommend placing orders early during peak holidays to minimize the risk of carrier delays.
