*We know that every THE ONLY ROSES delivery is a special delivery, so we guarantee that your order will arrive on time, every time. If your roses arrive late, we will be happy to issue a refund except in cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or any act of God. COVID-19 is considered a natural disaster and might slow delivery times slightly. We use third party carriers for shipping, and they are experiencing a bit of a slow-down. We recommend ordering early just in case. We also provide local hand delivery in Southern California. We stand by the delivery guarantee for local delivery even during COVID-19, as we know our drivers will take extra care to get you your special delivery on time.
